"Buho" is a new cottage facing the great wide open ocean, it's sound and the immensity of the Pacific horizon. It would embrace you instantly. With a cozy setting, equipped kitchen, dining table and private-integrated hot shower. It has a bed down, and another one in a mezzanine type. Wonderful view from the terrace. Buho is the upper part of two story building. No trees had to be cut to make the cottage, the property was 100% reforested! Please put Montezuma Heights in maps for reaching us!!

We are right in the heart of town with immediate access to one of the best surf breaks.Shakti is in a beautiful jungle setting, 100 meters to the beach. Playa Carmen. 5 min walk to the beach. Superb location!! Jungle setting, yet right in town, close to all the restaurants, grocery shopping and surf shops. Casa Mirador

Casa Mirador is located a few minutes up the hill from Montezuma. It is very close to the trail to the upper water fall and is about a 20 minute walk down to town. It has a fantastic view, great breezes and a pool that is shared with Casa Tranquila. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. Casa Mirador is an upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Our caretakers live in the downstairs apartment.
