This one bedroom apartment sleeps 2 with a pull-out Sofa for a child or person. Note the apt has an open layout patio flow into the sitting and dining area into the kitchen then in the bedroom there is no door dividing the bedroom. This gorgeous apt is in the most prestigious neighborhood on Bonaire.

Via Airbnb wordt alleen de villa geboekt. Er is optioneel een vrijstaand appartement beschikbaar voor verhuur. De villa biedt accommodatie aan 6 gasten (3 slpk, 3 badk) en het appartement kan 2 extra gasten huisvesten. Schoonmaakkosten en deposit zijn niet inbegrepen. Just steps from the Caribbean Sea and centrally located on Bonaire, Villa Pearl is the perfect spot for a quiet island holiday. The villa sits on in private community with a shared pool and free parking. Not too large for a couple, but with enough room for the whole family, the villa is within walking distance to the Andrea I & II dive sites, and less than a 5 minute drive to the closest dive shop and grocery store. On my 30th trip to Saba in 2019 I bought the 1858 vintage Althea Cottage. In 2021 I completed a second stone house for myself at the rear. In 2022 a second stone apartment, Peter Hytte, was built between the two other cottages... smaller, priceworthy and efficient. All net income is donated to my charities. I charge no cleaning fee.

Magnific, luxurious, modern, large and airy 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with airco in all rooms and living area. The villa is directly on the ocean on playa lechi. Located at a 10 min.walking distance from central town . Do yourself a favour and rent this Villa. It's been on the rental market for 12 years & we've got all 5 stars reviews.
