Walk through our front lawn, scramble down rocks to the smelt sand beach to hunt for agates or explore the tide pools, or head down the nearby 804 trail to a 10 mile long sandy beach. Dog friendly, people friendly! A short walk to restaurants, shopping and city center. Our house has a private entrance road. Yachats is a village. and fun. EV ownerrs, there is level II charger in the garage.

The path to the beach and miles of Sandy shore is 100 ft from the cottage without having to deal with crossing the hwy to get there.
