The view from the veranda is fabulous , the sunrise on the sea will enchant you, as will the colors of the sea swept by the mistral. It lends itself to accommodate 2 couples and/or families who, although they want to share the house, want to maintain their privacy, since the rooms and their bathrooms are located in separate areas.

Independent apartment with a large veranda overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Arbatax and the characteristic Isolotto d 'Ogliastra. The apartment is on the lower floor of a 3-story house, totally independent and with private parking space.
