Perfect for friends trip each getting own lodging (2/place) AND hanging together!!! Sorry, we are not children or pets friendly here! Family, friends and guests love coming to be refreshed with the beauty and quiet garden we have worked hard to create! FYI- there are no cameras! The hot tub is a great all year round draw for relaxation after a day at the breweries/wineries/distilleries, lakes, antique stores, exhilarating hiking and unique restaurants... all within 30 minutes... come chill!

Private, just an hour from Austin. Renovated 1950’s A-frame fronts Lake LBJ, a constant level lake, and has a stunning view of nature & wildlife. Granite boulders discourage fast moving watercraft. The lone winter pelican just came back! see pics Bring your bike and enjoy a ride down CR301 to the pedestrian bridge. Canoe, SUP, floats, & fish gear provided. Come stay for a relaxing peaceful time in the woods overlooking the San Gabriel River. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air, shaded walks , picnic or floating at the river. River floating is dependant on rainfall. We have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Firepit, and a Pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy. Just let us know , and we will provide the equipment . Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

The Bluebonnet House *FREE WIFI*

We have 2 tiny houses on just under 6 acres here in Burnet. There’s a large fire pit area with a grill and some outdoor games for our guests at both houses to use. Buchanan Lake and Inks Lake are both 15-20 mins away. Spider Mountain is only 20 mins away as well! We live on the property and manage it so if you need anything during your stay we are happy to help! We are pet friendly but we do have a $20 pet fee per pet. Free WiFi!
