1000 sq ft basement 1 br apt which is below my home on the top 2 floors. This space is fresh, modern style! fully 3/4 acre fenced yard for Dog guests. Private settings with some of the best views in WNY! 2 miles from town. This home has a few pets, 3 adult dogs! 2 are seniors 13 &14 yrs old so allow for some senior barks. very friendly! Also a barn with 2 horses and a cat. Environmentally friendly. And dog friendly! If you come with a pet please tell me alittle about your furry friend!

Great Place, Lots of Room & Close to the Falls!

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.

A little taste of “Buffalove”

South Buffalo treasure! Close to local bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown, quiet residential area. You have the whole house to yourself with plenty of off street parking, and I am a half mile away if you need anything. Newly renovated bathrooms in a quaint 1920’s home. There is WiFi with an Apple TV remote in which you can log in to all your streaming devices. There is not cable tv. Go enjoy what Buffalo has to offer!
