Sunny penthouse, 2bedroom,10min sea

Sunny apartment of 60 square meters has been completely renovated in March 2014 and never has been rented . It has 2 bedrooms with one large bed size 160 x 200 , and in the other room are placed two smaller beds measuring 90 x 200. Apartment has two balconies where you can enjoy morning coffee or glass of wine at night. The kitchen contains all the elements , including a dishwasher and fridge, utensils and silverware. Living room is nice decorated with new furniture that can be disassembled in a new bed. There is LED TV with cable TV. Apartment is located at 10-15min walk from Budva's seaside promenade and beaches . At 300 meters from the apartment is the main bus station . Also , who wants to recreate , at 100 meters from the apartment is a sports center with gym . There is also a bakery and coffee shop , and big supermarket. Budva has beautiful beaches , old town and marina for yachts. It has a varied nightlife and the famous discoteque "Top Hill" , which in 2012 was declared the best discoteque in the world . Tickets for the "Top Hill" range from 5e for a regular nights and 10e is the price when visiting the world best DJs. Nice vacation / Near the sea

Visiting Budva we can offer you right place to stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach from the accommodation. Our apartment is consist of living room, kitchen and bathroom, in the old style. As you can see in the pictures, bedroom, living room and kitchen are one big room (studio apartment). It has also: - books about Montenegro in various languages (French and Italian); - everything for cooking at home; - microwave oven; - electric kettle; - fridge; - air-conditioner; - heating in the room and bathroom (in winter); - hairdryer; - iron; - Internet WI - FI; - cable TV; - french bed (for 2 people); - a couch for 2 people; - baby crib, high chairs, strollers, toys, (everything for kids); - washer. Clean sheets and towels are replaced every 7 days. Small apartment with 2 beds: one double bed and a couch. The suite also has available a baby crib. The apartment can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and two children. There is also a small terrace that you can use. From a common hallway you enter the apartment. if you need something you can easily get in touch with us. Do not hesitate, we can give you instructions on how to visit Budva and its surroundings and also Montenegro.
