We are situated in a rural area with nice views & stunning sunsets. 6-10 miles radius to a number of beautiful Cornish beaches. Local shop & PO 200 yards, Local pub 300 yards. And a 5 minute drive to Exeter/ Penryn Campus.

Large secluded wildflower garden with a wooded area. Walks straight onto footpath leading into wooded valley and on to coast path. Nestled in a valley next to Atlantic surfing beach. Dark skies for star gazers. Our family seaside retreat since 1945, let for first time in 2022. Dogs allowed on request.

A 2-bedroom bungalow in the rural hamlet of Woodford. It has a private, enclosed garden with an electric hot tub (an additional extra which is booked for the duration of the stay: 2nights=£70, 3=£100. 4=£125, 5=£145, 6=£160, 7=£160) and parking for two cars.
