If you want to be in the city center or at the exhibition center quickly, then this is the place for you. In the middle of the beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center) is the Einliegerwohnung. If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. Hostsess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modern decorated and provide a high living comfort.

Welcome to our homemade cottage. Our claim in the full renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very pleased if you discover the cottage for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In the middle of Schwabach in the historic Bürgerhaus

The listed town house from the early 16th century has been and will be lovingly restored. Special value was placed on ecological building materials (wood flooring, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthy. Just a jump away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 m away.

Country house apartment in beautiful Franconian Lake District

We rent a part of our house with plenty of open space in the Franconian Lake District. There's room for a whole family or friends. We live right next door and are accessible for any questions. A very good restaurant with beer garden is about 50m from us. The Great Brombach Lake about 10 km with beautiful sandy beach, excavator pond about 2 km. An important change: Dogs are not allowed anymore, because of the sheep!
