Screened in porch that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, while listening to the birds in this rural setting. A short drive to Providence, about a half hour drive to Newport, and 8 miles to Roger Williams University, makes your stay fairly close to the best RI has to offer. We have 2 main bedrooms inside the home, and a bonus room detached from the house which features a pull out sofa bed and tv. Our home is perfect for families or couples. Somerset's a small town surrounded by big attractions. It's 18 miles from Providence, 25 miles from Newport, 40 miles from Cape Cod, and 50 miles from Boston.

Great place to stay when in town for graduations, weddings (very close to Bittersweet Farms and UMass) or just to escape and relax!! Enjoy yourself in my private, bright and cozy little house right on the river! Back deck with gas grill and great coffee, donuts and ice-cream across the street. Brand new kitchen too!! *Note, no excessive noise, parties or gatherings are allowed. Only those approved to stay in the house are permitted. Guests in violation will be asked to leave immediately.

This is a sunny studio like apartment with new split AC, private entrance, private bath, kitchenette with sink, small private deck with pretty distant water views...gentle breezes. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer 2024 weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)
