The Garden Studio, Lake District with parking.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.

Grosvenor cottage is in the heart of Kendal town centre. Close to all the shops, cafes and pubs. The cottage is a stone throw away from The Lake District which can easily be accessed by car , train or bus in 15 minutes. It is easily accessed from the train station which is approximately a 2 minute walk away. Parking space outside front door allocated for Grosvenor cottage. New blue sofas (pictures to be updated soon) Dogs are very welcome Decorated for Christmas
