My newly refurbished two double bedroom apartment with private entrance is very centrally located in Brighton, but is very quiet and secure. 2 min walk to the beach at the end of road and just around the corner from western road with loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The flat is cozy & has a great feel to it, It has fast 60+Mbps fiber internet & desks so you can holiday or work remotely when staying here! There is also a private outdoor secret courtyard at the back!

We are a dog friendly house (for well behaved pooches) and only a few minutes walk to beaches that are accessible for dogs all year round. Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
