You'll be steps away from scenic, picturesque, waterfront trails and only a 5 minute drive to the downtown core. Enjoy plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance along James Street North. Hamilton is also conveniently located between Niagara Falls and Toronto so my apartment is an excellent base for exploring Southern Ontario.
