Completely renovated, it is conveniently located, at the entrance, 2 minutes' walk from the small port, beaches and departure from the Calanques. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped functional kitchen as well as a large living room with a living room (with sofa bed 2 pl) overlooking a large teak terrace of 40m2, a dining area and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a sea view, double bed and storage.

Parking place adjoining the studio. The accommodation is located in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from the centre of Carry. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200 m and 1 km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.

Welcome to our turquoise dream facing the mediterranean ocean, only 50 meters from the beach and a minute walk from the harbor and city center. The apartment is on the top floor and has an amazing view from the terrace. It is around 35 m2 but very well planned with two bedrooms (one is very small though) and a living room (with 4 meters height below the ceiling). The furnitures are completely new and even if the building is from the 50's, the apartment offers great comfort.
