Enjoy a cozy break in the bungalow on the Devin Peninsula. Just 5 minutes' walk from the sandy beach and located directly at the nature reserve, it offers pure peace and nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has a bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. A great starting point for Baltic Sea explorations.

Small but nice apartment, almost on the beach

The apartment consists of living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and large balcony. Highlight is the well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction hob, convection stove, dishwasher, washing machine). Also available are e.g. kitchen scale, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping place (160x200) There is also a large TV flat screen. There is NO Wi-Fi on purpose

This apartment was completed in 2019 and is equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant holiday. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You can enjoy the fantastic landscape and the water on the Baltic Sea/Bodstetter Bodden. Direct beach location and view of the water. Upscale and modern amenities in a unique holiday complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the first row and direct view of the water. The two apartments from my advertisement are next to each other with their own equipment and views.
