The house is situated next to our modern cattle farm, and has everything you wish for a nice holiday; bubble bath,kitchen, senseo, dishwasher, washingmachine, oven,etc. And you are welcome to have a look at our farm. Watch & Touch our calves and cows! The village naerby is Borger (6 km), Emmen (22km), Groningen (35 km), and the Wadden Islands (60km), TT in Assen (25km), The Holland International Blues festival in Grolloo (9km). We live also in a beautiful cycling and walking environment.

We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was established in 1899 and abolished in 1945. This railway is now a beautiful hiking trail! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and private entrance for max. 6 pers. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

Op een prachtig plekje op de Hondsrug staat ons gastenverblijf. Hier ben je omgeven door natuur: eeuwenoude bosjes, zandpaden, glooiende akkers, eekhoorns, reeën en een grote variatie aan vogels. Op wandelafstand van het gezellige Gieten met heerlijke verse broodjes of een Gieterkoek bij de bakker. Hier vind je de supermarkt en leuke restaurants. Op de fiets ben je zo in de Drentse staatsbossen met het mooie Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad en eeuwenoude hunebedden.

Nice house with air conditioning in rural area!

Spacious ground floor holiday home! In the grounds of luxury horse company. Bringing your own horse(s) is among the possibilities! Contact with horses is absolutely not necessary. The apartment is furnished for 4 persons. There is plenty of room to bring children. There is a neat kitchen in it, living room, large bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed (up to 80 kg) toilet and a bathroom with shower. 3.5 km from Borger, a very nice village!
