Apartment for two people, on the first floor, without lift (the size of the hot water balloon does not allow to accommodate more people). Double glazing. It is located in the city center of Carhaix-Plouguer, in a small street (almost pedestrian in summer). There are several car parks all around. Bars, restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to live in... the neighborhood too! Wifi & Orange TV. A cleaning package can be negotiated.

Nice little semi-detached house but with a separate access and a garden at the back without any vis-a-vis. You can enjoy the tranquility of the place with the possibility to rub shoulders with the 3 donkeys of the house. 1 bedroom with possibility of baby bed and a sofa bed in the living area. 1 km from the Nantes to Brest canal, 1 km from the Guerlédan dam and 1 km from the village of St Aignan, new studio equipped at the end of a farmhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place.
