Welcome to our beautiful home in SouthEast Boise! Our home is used as a model for Albertsons, Scentsy, and BodyBuilding dot com! Located on a private park with playground, soccer, volleyball & basketball court. Neighborhood features walking paths, ponds, and parks and within walking distance to the greenbelt, grocery stores, rite aid, etc. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, with a fully loaded, recently renovated home. Just like home! A duplex (I live in attached unit) near 2 parks & the Boise River Greenbelt in a modest, middle class neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants & stores. It’s a quiet street of families, ~3 miles to downtown, on bus route 9 + an easy trip to the freeway. Sleeps up to 6 in king, twin, & bunk bed (full +twin). Kitchen & bathroom have basic tools, appliances, condiments, & toiletries. Small tables (2 top+4 top). Kid-friendly but no kid-proofing or crib. Good-dog friendly. No CATS.

relaxing quiet convenient home

Great place to stay, blocks from greenbelt, shopping center nearby with roller rink, ice cream, antique stores, gas station, post office, bank, restaurants, and a dollar store. There is a fantastic coffee shop on the corner and even a trapeze place that you can sign up for some classes. The house has great floorplan each room, each bed and bath is very private. Lots of outside seating as well.
