Palm View Residence is a quiet, familiar and guarded place 300 meters from the main road. There are some nice restaurants and shops (7-Eleven, 24h) within 800 meters. More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. There is no food to buy in the resort itself!

Das Mactan Hospital ist 400 Meter weit weg. 2 x 7/11 (kleiner Supermarkt, 24 Stunden geöffnet) sind auch max. 400 Meter weit weg, der Bäcker und die Apotheke sind um die Ecke. Taxis findest du immer an der Grandmall. Direkt am Eingang findest du Bebe`s Sari Sari Store, hier kannst du vieles finden ohne lange Wege zu gehen.

Near from MC Donald's Drive Thru, 10 minutes away from Island City Mall (ICM). Along main road w/ public transportations. Quite and secured.

Beautiful Native House in Eco resort with pool

The beautiful bungalow/house is inspired by the Filipino traditional local architecture mixed with a Bohemian, Caribbean twist to the interior and ensuite bathroom. The charming house is spacious and made from local material such as bamboo and cogon grass and set in the tropical garden with own private patio. Due to the high ceiling of 9(!!) metres and the traditional construction, the house has a very good natural ventilation and air circulation which keeps temperatures cool inside.
