Fast wifi 1+1 balcony apartment in Gumbet, Bodrum

Located in a central location, my apartment is within walking distance to the beach(7min walk), grocery stores, local market, ATMs, bus station, sports facilities. Also, find bright rooms that receives light all day and a spacious balcony, this lovely apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the 2-story building. Parking is available for those who do not, and for those who do not, the stop is in front of the house. I prepared my house completely in line with my experiences, especially from guests staying for a long time:) I wish you a nice vacation..

BODRUM STATYUMA. 2 beds for 2 people in the bedrooms and 3 air conditioners including air conditioning living room in each room. There is hot water, television, wi-fi. The location is great. It is within walking DISTANCE to the bazaar and the beach. It is suitable for families in the cul-de-sac where families live, society and peace have to act in accordance with the rules. There is free parking across the street. It is necessary to find a place.

Our flat is about 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and located in Bitez. There is a sitting area where you can enjoy your time in the garden located just in front of our flat. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. In addition, the flat has his own open parking place. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, groceries, playgrounds, surf school and taxi station. Bodrum-Bitez minibuses pass right in front of the flat.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

Enjoy a simple and comfortable stay in this centrally located, quiet place, 4 km from Bodrum center and 3 km from Bitez beach (about 30 minutes by walking). You can stay 4 people very comfortably, 1+1, furnished with new furnishings, close to everywhere, no parking problem, walking distance to the famous library Zai, the most popular place, walking distance to the shopping center Avenue, walking distance to Migros, peaceful with no transportation problems.
