This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

This comfortable private studio has a double bed, ensuite shower room, kitchenette with microwave/grill and fridge, sitting area with table and chairs and TV, small, private outside patio. Free internet and a desk make it good for working visitors. Self check-in. It's 10 minutes walk into town, close to restaurants, public transport, shops, cinema with easy road access to Cambridge, Bedford and the A1. You’ll love my place because it's comfortable and quiet but still close to all amenities.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Dbl bedroom, lge lounge with sofabed children 2 max, wet room, kitchen. Tea/coffee provided. Air fry oven. WE DO NOT ACCEPT 4 ADULTS Private patio area for guests, we back onto the RSPB, 5 mins Shuttleworth. Bedford 20 mins St Neots 10 mins MK 25 mins. Lovely walks. Train 5 mins walk. We do not accept pets as we have a 2 dogs. local shops have baker, butchers and several eating/takeaways, tesco and co-op. Lots of nice local walks .

Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.
