Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

We have 4 bedrooms, huge living room and kitchen area plus a loft area upstairs. 1 queen, 4 full and 12 twin beds. Plus extra couch space and room to add people.
