Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

“On The Beach” has the best views in Shaldon

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

Spacious, light and well equipped one bedroom apartment (single fold out bed in lounge for 3rd person) located on the ground floor with its own small garden boasting views up the River Teign towards Dartmoor and the bonus of private parking. Cedar Cottage is our family home, set near the coast in the quiet village of Bishopsteignton. The bright and spacious studio room offers wonderful views of the River Teign, with a backdrop of Devon fields; a sunrise to sunset panorama from Shaldon to the hills of Dartmoor. Your open-plan accommodation is south facing with twin beds, sofas, dining table, TV (with freeview channels), WiFi, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Light breakfast included/ off road parking/ no cleaning charge.

A lovely quaint 300 year old cottage in the small village of Combeinteignhead Strong Covid cleaning protocol. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.

Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)
