Enjoy the front lake balcony and the large terrace close to the rock face as well as the amazing view over the lake. The cosy apartment has been completely renovated. It is ideal for couples, families and friends. The house is located in the first basin of Lake Como, great place to be near Como, Milan, Lugano and all the villages that are located on the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio... In 10 minutes by walking you can reach really nice beach as well as start hiking in the mountain.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
