There are three bedrooms in the house, two of which have a bathroom. We have another optional room in the in-law, private pool, barbecue and freezer. In the Condominium there is a shopping center with restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, market, small bars, pharmacy, ice cream shop and etc. From the house to the concierge, only by car or free transportation (bus) that works all day long. On the beach, the kiosks provide a table chair and sun umbrellas with any consummation.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The suite has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin size bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa, fully reclining, composed of modules that fit together and form a bed. The kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, stove and gas oven, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee maker, sandwich maker. The service area offers a washing machine. Spacious house with pool and high ceiling

Large Villa at Morada da Praia, close to the club and to the river, between the beach and the mountains. Perfect house for family and group of friends, high celling, American kitchen, large dinning and lounge room, outside area with pool and garden, beautiful trees, private parking. The house is not available for events. Our family owns the house for more than 10 years, we used to rent for close friends and this year we decided to open the house for Airbnb guests.

Sobrado gated community, private pool

Lots of peace and security, with mountain views. It is important to note that the rules of the Law of Silence are taken seriously in this condominium. Noise after 10 pm and before 6 am will be subject to the fine, which will be passed on to the guests. To this day we have had no problems, because inside the condominium there are several options for nightlife, including at the headquarters with game tables and video games. Also establishments with live music.

Our stay is in a Villagio, in Condomínio Morada da Praia, next to a reservation, very close to the concierge (you won't need a car to go to the beach). Enjoy all security and amenities within the condominium: pharmacy, market, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, leisure, medical center, etc. You'll be able to use the listing photo pools (use is shared between the 12 homes). The stay does not offer: bedding, towels, blankets and food. Pets are not allowed
