Everything is ready for a good holiday upon your arrival. You just need to bring your personal luggage for a pleasant stay. Beautiful nature for hiking and biking or just spending some time at the wide stretched beaches. Exciting Amsterdam and Haarlem are just 30 min away. Close by picturesq Bergen and Alkmaar 15 min. Our ecolodge Duin is part of a new sustainable build complex The Duinlopers. Ecolodge is in the backside with a nice private terrace. In the front are 2 smaller holiday appt.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Restful, centrally located accommodation that sleeps 2. Close to the sea, beach and city (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Amsterdam). Nice cottage with private access and sliding doors, terrace with furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with oven. Wood stove, corner sofa and smart TV. Fixed loft staircase up (vide). Standing height upstairs is 1.30cm! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not appropriate for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

The Apartment is situated between two houses and used to be a flower barn which has been in the family for 3 generations. The old flower bulb barn is converted into a small and cozy apartment. The apartment is accessible through the front garden of the house 23. The inside of the apartment is newly renovated in a clean and modern style, decorated with some vintage furniture for a nice and cozy feeling during the summer and winter time.
