Our loving apartment for 2-4 people is located in a quiet residential area, right on the edge of the forest. The 3-room apartment has a balcony, as well as a parking space. Bicycles can be adjusted. Despite the quiet location in the Südheide, our location offers a comfortable base for sports and leisure activities. The area offers numerous excursions to cultural and history enthusiasts. And of course, nature lovers will get their money's worth with us in the Heath.

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km away. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is just outside the door.

The apartments are located in an idyllic, rural environment and are nevertheless only 15km from Hanover Airport and 20km from the center of the state capital. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, access to public transport as well as leisure activities such as cycling, hiking. A pet is welcome ( final cleaning 10€). It is a newly renovated studio with lots of light. The studio is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

My place is close to Heath Park, Safari Park, Bird Park, Snowdome, Soltauer Therme. The apartment has its own terrace facing south-east. The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has new and upscale facilities. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen can be reached in less than an hour. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday use.
