Apartment "Ostseegreif" We rent the modern equipped 84m² attic apartment which has 4 rooms and max. 6 sleeping options in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully situated village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house start the Oldendorf firs (a small piece of forest) and immediately afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking and barbecue (tent) are available.

This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached on foot in max. 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11pm is possible by prior arrangement via a key locker.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance and are therefore completely independent. We have taken an individual and high-quality approach to the furnishing and have used little of the bar. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, city harbour or beach. The apartment has a great transport connection and is nevertheless very quiet.

The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. ( original stairs up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors. The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahn station Parkstraße (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and Lindenpark. Most facultäts building of the University of Rostock in walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it's a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV neighborhood.
