The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Beautiful, enclosed and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful views from the upper terrace to the Elbelandschaft and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. 200 m away begins the nature reserve Alte Elbe Kathewitz. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbdamm. The house is well suited for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, but also up to 6 persons. Please inquire about this.
