The Place in Rye is located in The Mint in the very centre of historic Rye, and sleeps 4. The newly renovated cottage has two light and airy bedrooms each with king size beds, ample storage space and their own luxury bathroom. There is a new fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room, WIFI, smart TV and small library. There is a peaceful sunny courtyard with outside seating for 4. There is a car park 50 meters from the cottage. Sorry we do not accept children under 12 and no pets.

A charming self contained, 2 bedroom country cottage. Beekeepers is part of a converted Victorian byre set on a 14th century farm beside a sleepy lane with fabulous walks on the doorstep. It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths. Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room. It's only a short walk to bustling st Leonards which has some really cool coffee shops, eateries and vintage shops as well as being just 100 metres to the beach and St Leonards Gardens.
