Lovely loft no Centro

Apt with air conditioning in front of Praça da Rodoviária and subway. Close to the main theaters and shopping malls City and Diamond. 300 meters from the Municipal Park and the handicrafts fair (Hippie) that happens on Sundays on Av Afonso Pena. Lots of bars and restaurants. Optensive policing nearby, including military police station in front of the building. Close to the Maletta where there are a lot of cool bars. Close to Central Market and Mercado Novo. MINIMUM RESERVATION: 3 nights.

Loft type apartment: bedroom with home office, bathroom, TV room with kitchen and kitchen. Decorating the apartment in industrial style, practical, airy and very cozy. Very well located in the hypercenter of BH, at the beginning of Av. Afonso Pena. Supermarkets, snack bars, drugstores, butchers, bars and all the shops of BH a few meters away. Sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom with double size bed and 2 other people on 1 sofa bed in the living room (accommodating up to 4 guests in total).

Loft carefully planned for you to enjoy Belo Horizonte! Compact, planned, functional and comfortable environment with a beautiful view! We are at the Excelsior Residence, a retrofit building, an environment completely redesigned and translated into modern facilities. A large hall with ceiling height, 3 elevators, 24-hour concierge, and a fully assembled gym. IT DOES NOT HAVE PARKING, but there are some that you can use nearby. Enjoy staying in the Center of Belo Horizonte!

Apartamento Estudio # 1- Casal Bed. Great location, close to PUC ( University) and Expominas Local commerce with bars, restaurants, drugstore and bakery, stationery, printing press, jet wash, beauty salon. Easy to access location, with bus stop in front and subway nearby. If you arrive at a time that can't be there, the keys will be available at the Ipiranga station box. It has no air-conditioning, no stove, no garage, TV is not smart.
