Chez Fritz aux Palmes (Id-Nr: NL-00001466)

Between creek, waterfall and vinyards, a basic holiday house. We prefer nonsmokers. When the weather is getting cold only for persons capable of airing the house for 5 minutes at least 3 times per day, in order to avoid mold growing in the corners. Book at least 2 days ahead in winter, because the house might not be heated. Since dog hair cause a lot of work cleaning our carpets, a dog counts like an extra person. Please no businesses. We do not fulfill the expectations of employees.

Il Rustico Claro This modern rustico with panoramic terrace is located in Claro-Bellinzona. It is absolutely quiet and sunny. The cottage offers a unique view over the surrounding mountains. The surrounding area offers nature lovers, animal lovers and hikers. A place for rest and relaxation! Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, internal play area for children, barbecue, 600m2 garden with palm trees are at the guest's disposal. Pets are very welcome!

Rustico in idyllic forest clearing

Casa Berlinda, the detached Rustico on a large forest and meadow plot facing south, ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comfort (all rooms floor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 min. uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 min. on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

One hour from Milan and the airports and also with San Gottardo. Bellinzona castles, restaurants and museums are famous, and the Saturday market in the city center is also worth a visit. In Monte Carasso there is a Tibetan bridge, and much more to discover

This accommodation for up to 11 persons consists of a holiday apartment and a Rustico. In between the shared courtyard with BBQ, fire bowl, lounger and pergola with granite table to enjoy, linger and barbecue. The units can be rented individually or together and are composed as follows: "Cuddly Rustico" with 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people "Appartamento Grande", sleeps 3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 persons (see my other listings)

Rustic Tibetan Bridge -calma, nature, climbing

An alternative rustic, romantic, with modern kitchen, bathroom and heating. The house is surrounded by nature and has a wonderful view of the mountains. The house is surrounded by woods, but only a 7-minute drive to the bus station and grocery stores. It takes 15 minutes to get to Bellinzona. It's just minutes to reach the famous Tibetan Bridge and other interesting outdoor hiking destinations.
