Lovely apartment in front of the sea. It's placed in the city center and the views of the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols are fantastic. It has been renovated in 2019. This apartment is an open-concept space, with kitchen, living-room and private terrace. There is a private double bedroom and private bath with shower. All the house has a lot of natural light and you cans see the beach and the sea from the living-room, the kitchen and the bedroom. WIFI included in the price HUTG-042923

Our house is located in a quiet urbanization 10km from the beaches. Your colonial style will love it. The dining room is bright and huge, surrounded by a tremendous terrace with very nice views. The pool is shared with the owners when they are ( we live in front of the pool). You also have the right to use the pool, tennis and urbanization swings located 2 minutes walk from the house.
