This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 sofa couch, and 1 single blow up mattress or your choice of a Queen blow up mattress that you would have to request. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.

Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean
