We built the houses with love, an emphasis on minimalist modern design, with harmony to nature. Settled above a beautiful Šumava valley. You can expect absolute tranquility in the middle of nature in the house in the forest. You have your own holiday home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and adjacent Lake Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. It is heated with 2 wood stoves, who wants can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Accommodation in a newly renovated apartment in Bavarian Ruda. Beautiful setting near the ski resort Velký Javor (Großer Arber), about 10 minutes by car. It is also possible to do hiking and biking or cross-country skiing in the area. The apartment is ideal for couple or families with children. Sleeping is provided on a sofa bed of 160cm, an upper bunk bed 80cm, and possibly a sofa bed for a fourth person. Close to groceries or a few restaurants and coffee shops. Free parking in front of the house.

The apartment is located in the Bavarian forest in the beautiful village of Regen, right on the black rain. A shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops serving everyday needs, are in walking distance. Right behind the house, some hiking trails start. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package ( oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more ). We are also happy to fulfill individual requests.

The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered porch with new, electrically heated Hot tub has been designed at ground level. Inside you can use the wood-burning stove and make your own sauna (free of charge) cozy . The national park bike path beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

We have long built and worked on it, now it is ready: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wooden beds from the carpenter with top-notch mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and sauna for the grey days.
