Stay close to the best spots in San Juan: Condado, Old San Juan and the Convention Center in Miramar. This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

If you are looking for a Puerto Rican authentic flavor, this is the place! Just 15 min away from the touristic zone, 8 min. from the Bacardi Distillery and 10- 15 min walk to the beach. Beautiful location to explore the Colonial & Historical cobblestone streets of OSJ. Supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars close by. Just a few steps from some of the oldest structures in PR and America like El Convento, San Juan Baptiste Cathedral & La Capilla de Cristo. Close to other Forts, Museums & more. We are about a 20 minute drive from the airport and closest beach is either a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Garden Oasis, Steps to the Beach

We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

Beach is less than one block There are many shops, bars, restaurants very close. Salsa dancing at the Marriott (.2 mi), the casino at La Concha (.5 mi), banks/ATM. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and sits in a perfect location. Sofa bed for extra guest (see pics). The apt is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Thank you for considering our apartment! Our Suite is located in San Juan close to the main tourist areas, but you can still relax and enjoy the beautiful view and quiet space of this 12th floor apt. With a short walk you can visit places like the Convention Center, Paseo Caribe, SJ Bay Marina, Restaurants, Bars, Sheraton Casino, La Playita and Laguna del Condado and more. Take an Uber and in ~6 min you can get to Old SJ and Cruise port or a ~12 min ride to the Airport.
