Located at the top of this busy market town just 7 miles from Salcombe with parks, shops, cafes, restaurants and the water a stones-throw away. The apartment is at the beginning of Devon Road, near North Sands beach, within walking distance of the centre of Salcombe. The property is well furnished in a modern beach style (think driftwood, white), with all the amenities. There is a private garden and patio area as well as a large South facing balcony, which is a real sun trap, with views across the estuary and to the sea. Previous guests have always enjoyed the property!
