Wijnberg Cottage is a 2 bedroom self-catering cottage consisting of 2 queen size beds and one lovely shower/bath room for you to enjoy. There is a well equipped kitchen should you want to prepare your own food as well as a Weber BBQ on the patio, we are also in walking distance to a variety of local restaurants. We also have electricity! All the time :-) Our property has an inverter/battery/solar system so the cottage continues to have power/internet even when Eskom doesn't.

Remote and private "off the grid" stone cottage set in the heart of Touwsberg Private Nature Reserve ( just off "Route 62") about 40km from Barrydale. The reserve is well known for it's varied biodiversity and stunning scenery. Accessible with an average car/sedan, however low clearance vehicles will struggle. When we first opened our spot we were truly over the hills and far away... now the village has grown around us a bit, but the place can still feel pretty secluded. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains.
