Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Dear guest. We are offering a beautiful Studio/Apartman 10 meters from the sea. A nice and peaceful place not overcrowded, gives you nice time to relax and enjoy your holiday. Possibility to try and buy local fish from local fishermen near by. Due to Corona pandemic we are cleaning and disinfecting with Kärcher steamer for your safety and also with antibacterial soaps. Svaka soba ima vlastiti balkon i vlastitu kupaonicu. Boravak uključujući kuhinju stol za objed i terasu sa pogledom na more. Kućni ljubimci dozvoljeni uz dodatnu nadoplatu.

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.
