Lovely 1-bedroom retreat with hot tub

Relax and unwind in this cozy first-floor unit with private entrance, patio and hot tub. Our indoor space has three separate rooms: lovely bedroom with comfy queen bed and closet with dresser, full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and living room with large TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea makers. (Note: we do not have a full kitchenette.) The living room sofa unfolds into a double bed. We live upstairs with our elementary schooler, so you’ll hear signs of life occasionally.

Our place is close to Restaurants, great views, parks, the beach, art and culture. You’ll love our place because of the Cool boutique feel, completely private, brand new construction with all new furnishings. The bathroom feels like you're in a spa, heated floors, fresh, clean design! The OUTSIDE ROOM is amazing! Infrared heat located on a beam for cool winter and summer dining. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We do not allow smokers/smoking.
