Our hotel is located in the center of Ayvalık, in front of Ayvalık Ayazısı, with 6 rooms It is a Modern-Romantic boutique hotel. All of our rooms have their own bathroom and the rooms have a TV, Air Conditioner, Kettle and there is a tea and coffee set. This room is on the ground floor and has a double bed. We have a terrace with very nice views and a kitchenette in the loft, our guests have in the morning with the products they buy from outside (without cooking) they can prepare their breakfast and enjoy the terrace.

Our hotel is composed of two conjoined buildings built by late 1800s. With 13 rooms, a terrace, and a large garden, it is a comfortable and cozy house. In the garden there is an ancient historical tap, and another separate garden for the Deluxe Room that had served as a kitchen for the guest house for many years. There exists two cisterns, one in the kitchen by the entrance, and another in the garden. The old masonry of the house is reinforced by wood framing and the original grout from Rumelia.
