The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, we have a homely little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await you in all quantities. The closest beach is 6 km away. In the village there are cafes, delicatessen, galleries, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighbouring villages within 10 minutes the best ice cream shop in the region (the world), super restaurants, children and adults programs, concerts, wineries, excursions.

Villa Bella Köveskál

Newly built house on the edge of the village yet close to everything. The stone restaurants, convenience store, and ice cream parlor are all within walking distance, and the playground is 20 meters away. We can sit on the terrace and admire the Mountain. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The open space downstairs has the kitchen, dining room, living room. At the dining table, up to 10 people can sit comfortably. In the living room, a Led TV and stove contribute to your relaxation.

In Mencshely, on the north shore of Lake Balaton, near Dörgicse (4km) and Balatonakali (8km), an incredibly renovated holiday home. Our house is in a quiet little street with a large and beautiful garden. On the lower floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and bathroom with washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning and a small common area. The cottage has a covered and open terrace, barbecue, cauliflower place and carport.

Charming house, wonderful puzzle

Our house is located on the border of Boglár and Lelle, a 5-minute walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. Nearby is a bakery, grocery store, department store, gas station, Spectaist and Adventure Park. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. The house has a green space and covered terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic electric stove and freezer. Our bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, body soap, hand sanitizer, 1-1 towels per person.
