Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. The Chalet has stunning views, surrounded by wildlife, often lit up by starlight, a unique experience!! Close proximity to LLanberis /Snowdon; an ideal location for exploring, walking, climbing etc! The Chalet is a detached property overlooking a small patio area and paddock. Bedding, pillows, pots, pans, crockery etc are provided but please bring your own towels. Sorry no pets. Being a remote farm, access is along a narrow track. Call if you would like to park in the village and need a lift.

Originally stables, the cottage has been converted to one-up-one-down self-catering accommodation. Double bed, shower, washing machine, sofa-bed and well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to via public transport. 10 min walk from station and 5 minutes to bus stops and very close to the shops, cafes etc. Cycle parking available. There is usually space to park a car on the drive, but be aware that the entrance is a bit narrow. We have an EV charger and charge for the electricity at 30p/kWh.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest.
