Well Designed Studio Apartment in BEYOGLU

We manage whole building and there are 4 studio apartments. Our building has stairs and 4 floors; one apt. on each floor. All apartments have same conditions, the only difference is based on the the decoration of walls and some furniture colors are changing. Our apartments are well designed, newly renovated and also it is a historical with basic requirement. First of all Welcome to my place. Cihangir is the most elite, nice street in Taksim Beyoğlu area. The Neighbourhood is 24 hours lively and safe. The apartment is centrally located famous area of istanbul. Walking distance to all public transportion and Taksim Square. Antique shops, galleries, street cafes, bars around. This Stunning Bosphorus Bridge View Flat has Fiber, fast Internet and very suitable if you are working remotely. The 1+1 (45m2) flat has a boiler with 24/7 hot water and heating.

Central & Comfortable Flat at Taksim with Sea View

Our flat is located at Cihangir, Beyoglu; probably the most central location in Istanbul and offers a wonderful sea view. Taksim square and Istiklal Street are only minutes away and can accommodate 5. You can reach the metro station, several cafes and night clubs in a minute. It's situated on the 5th floor, unfortunately no lift but the sea view makes up for it. It has 1 bedroom and a living room that can accommodate 5 people. It also comes with an AC in the bedroom, TV, washing machine.

This suite has a private kitchenette and a private bathroom with jacuzzi. There is 24 hours door man and once every 2 days cleaning service. The complex has private Turkish bath, sauna and fitness room. The turkish bath and sauna is private and need to be booked upon arrival for free entrance. There is a shared sea view roof terrace. Sultanahmet Sunny Apartment 2 with sea view

It is a sunny apartment in a great location. Few steps to Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Hippodrome square. Renting since Spring 2014. Has two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Not recommended for guests with health and/or mobility issues. Not recommended for travellers with a lot of heavy luggage or a lot of equipment such as strollers, etc. All rooms including the living room have air conditioner.
