Fully air-conditioned duplex apartment in pretty little very quiet residence and ideally located for visiting Guadeloupe ,this island of greenery sea view has all the shops on foot: bakery, grocery store , tobacco press , pharmacy etc. Also restaurants and local food caterers. Supreme luxury: water outages are almost non-existent! The residence has a very large and beautiful pool Kitesurfing SPOT at 50 meters .
