The apartment is tastefully decorated, well cared-for with materials of superior quality. It's fully airconditioned, soundproofed (2way traffic) and also a private box closed underground.

Nice apartment facing the sea with balcony facing south in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator. Renovated one-bedroom apartment with a 140X190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wifi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of the Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Ball court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than 10 minutes walk to the city center and its shops.

My accommodation is close to everything, the view is exceptional on the bay of portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you.
