Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Unique, lovingly decorated holiday home on the island of Langeland, 100 meters from the sea. The area is located in Geopark The South Funen Archipelago (UNESCO Global) On the 1st floor there are sea views and the most beautiful sunsets. A perfect house for a romantic getaway for 2 or a cozy family holiday, where relaxation and community are most important. Lovely hotel Bed linen/towels can be rented 100 DKK/person. The beds are made upon arrival. Nice bathroom and modern well-equipped kitchen with essentials to use. Coffee/Nespresso

The spacious apartment is part of atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by stunning nature and fresh air. The farm has horses, chickens, rabbits, cats, and Carlo the dog. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes smaller woodlands and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, soccer games. The apartment holds three bedrooms (6 people), but possibility for an additional 4-6 accommodation on the sofa bed and loft. Sleep well. Cozy in the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Billing house in small Lejbølle town with the sweetest neighbors. New appliances; The fridge, dishwasher and stove are SMEG and the washer and dryer is MIELE. 3 wood-burning stoves for the coziness there are no heat sources. Behind the garden is closed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi, all beds are Horse beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the nicest.

Super nice cottage in the 1st row with panoramic views of the Langeland Belt, where cruise ships, the world's largest container ships or small sailing boats sail past. Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fishing cleaning area and a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langelandsfortet, wild horses, stone slopes, bronze age mounds, small 400 meters from the house is Langelands Golf Course or Langelands Lystfiskersø.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea view. There is a lovely covered terrace with morning sun with a view to the beach and jetty. The garden is lovely closed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.

Lovely bright holiday home with sea view.

This beautiful holiday home is located on South Langeland with beautiful sea views towards the Langeland Belt and Lolland. From the apartment there is 460 m to the beach with summer swimming bridge. The cozy rooms on the farm Broe have become a cozy holiday home. The apartment was refurbished in 2011 and is light and simply furnished. It has its own south-facing terrace and lawn. The apartment is located in scenic and quiet area.
