Renovated and newly furnished two-room ground floor apartment in a very quiet location on Lake Constance in the district of Gundholzen of the municipality of Gaienhofen. Large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, bedroom with large double bed. Beautiful terrace with a view of the countryside. The lake is only 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bike. Beautiful hiking trails start right at the apartment. The immediate elevation allows a great view of the lake after less than 5 minutes of walking.

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof, the studio tows with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fire pit can also be used.
