Downstairs lounge, separate kitchen and dining table, garden out of the kitchen. Two rooms upstairs, double bed in each room, large bathroom, dressing room. You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

If you prefer a quiet, relaxing holiday, then you have come to the right place. The apartment is located in a quiet area right by the sea and 300 m from the main road. You don't have to cross a road as the garden door leads directly to the sandy beach. The sea is not deep, so it is very suitable for families with children.
