Amazing rural retreat, 2 miles to Jurassic Coast

Delightful open plan, light-filled flat with large Velux windows. Picturesque views to the south to Cannington Viaduct, and behind onto a sloped wooded area frequented by deer, foxes, badgers and rabbits. Numerous countryside/costal walks on the doorstep. On the Jurassic Coast, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the Devon / Dorset border. 2 miles from Lyme Regis beach and ½ a mile from a pub and shop in Uplyme. 1 mile to River Cottage HQ Outdoor sitting area, space to store bikes, etc.

A grade 2 listed 5-star converted granary. Bright and airy, with upstairs sitting room and kitchenette, with feature oak beams. Views of the historic courtyard and the Axe River valley. Downstairs is a large double bedroom, on-suite shower room, and built-in washing machine. A sunny area outside for relaxing with coffee or wine. 5 minutes drive to the beach and cliffs at Seaton, 10 minutes to the fishing village of Beer, 10 minutes to Sidmouth, and to Lyme Regis. Close to pubs and restaurants.

Little Rock is a unique and tranquil getaway set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only 7.3 miles to the Jurassic coast. Stay in our refurbed first floor, small one bed flat in the peaceful Cultural Quarter in Seaton on the beautiful East Devon coast. The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

This cosy 2 bed house is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, local cafés, eateries, Seaton Tramway, town centre, Seaton Wetlands and Axmouth Harbour. Walk to the amazing mile long beach in less than a minute! The house is stylish, clean and comfortable and is perfect for couples, small families, walkers and business travellers. A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. There is no private parking at the house but there is plenty of available parking close by.
